After two visits with the Allegry specialist we have come to the conclusion he is allergic to Egg.
The first test was with Passionfruit and Mascarpone cheese (two ingrediants from the pudding which he ate when he last reacted)- nothing happened, 15 mins later we tried Vanilla Bean and Egg. This time the egg did react. So now he has No Eggs in any food- until probably around 3 yrs old. He can have foods with traces of egg as he has already and there has been no reaction. We think he can have biscuits with traces etc, but not a muffin, cake, egg noodles etc with full eggs. She also checked for wheat and dairy and both were okay.
