16th - 22nd July

We all went to the Hunter Valley for 3 days. I had a work Kick Off on Thursday and Friday morning. On Friday afternoon and Saturday we went to a few wineries, played in the park, and enjoyed went to the zoo. Was a nice 3 day break.

21 July. At the small Zoo in the Hunter Valley. We enjoyed the pig, kangaroo, kids, calf, chicks and all the other animals.

Josh feeding the chicks.

20 July. Josh with Mom at Audrey Wilkinson Winery in the Hunter Valley
The boys wine tasting, Josh begged Dad for a taste!
Josh chosing us a bottle of wine.
Josh running down the bank. .........................................................................................................................
Josh sitting oin his new chair- his new table is still being painted by Dad.
At daycare the kids take thier empty plates from the table and put them in the washing up tub. At home Josh stands up when he is finished eating, and takes his plate, spoon, and cup (cup is normally still full) and he puts them all in the dish washer. Too cute!
Josh loves sitting on Andrews lap in the evening and reading together. At the end of the book Josh lifts his hands up and shrugs his shoulders... all gone!

9th-15th July

15th July
Josh has developed so much over the past few days. Today he brought a CD over to me and looked at me as though asking what it was, or can I do something with it. He has never brought an object to me before and waited for the next action. He is learning so quickly, he simply watches us do something and then tries to do it himself. Yesterday Andrew was putting together a chair with an Allan key, Josh then picked up the key and tried to do the same!!
He is also "talking" so much more, and showing his strong headedness!

At the moment Dad is the best thing.... Josh just loves being with Dad.

I tried to weigh him last week, looks like he is almost 14kg. And height is 86cm.
